Renames a subsystem in a database. The name is changed in all tables with a subsystem column - abasubsystems, abaconfingsettings, abainstallhistory, abasysobjects and abahistsysobjects. There is no audit of the renaming.
This is a utility procedure and not called directly by AbaPerls.
